Skin Pattern
Skin Pattern is the look of the character’s skin, and it has six options to choose from. Image, SkinPattern 01, SkinPattern 02, SkinPattern 03, SkinPattern 04, and SkinPattern 05.

To change the skin color influence for SkinPattern 03, SkinPattern 04, and SkinPattern 05: Basemesh ‣ Properties Editor ‣ Object Data Properties ‣ Color Attributes ‣ Skin
- Image: Open image, select image to use, remove image used. Visible when Skin Pattern is Image. AYMultiCharacter meshes come with good UV layout, this makes it easy to paint or use existing images.
- Skin Tone: Change procedural skin pattern colors. Visible for SkinPattern 01 and SkinPattern 02.
- Value: Add black or white to the pattern. Visible for Image, SkinPattern 03, SkinPattern 04, and SkinPattern 05.
- Color: Overlay another color on the existing pattern. Visible for SkinPattern 03, SkinPattern 04, and SkinPattern 05.
Surface
This is responsible for the Surface Properties of the character’s look. There are ten properties in total; Shiny, Normal, Wet, Dry, Silk, Metallic, Porcelain, Chrome, Highlight, and Matte. Each one is the combination of Metallic, Specular, Specular Tint, and Roughness at different values to give desired result.
